Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used products
- Gift cards
- Sale items or promotional offers
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will notify you of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
To request an exchange, email us at contact@wholevitaq.com with a photo and description of the issue.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will quickly send a replacement or issue a full refund.
